Proudly representing the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin is the professional Baseball team, the Milwaukee Brewers. The Brewers represent their fans proudly in the National League Central Division of the MLB. The team is aptly named for the city that it represents and for the city’s long history of brewing beer. The Brewers have the honor of being the only team to play in all four divisions of the MLB, since their inception of divisional play in 1969. The Brewers are also one of only two current MLB franchises to switch from the American League to the National League.
Miller Park is the home of the Milwaukee Brewers. You don’t have to worry, it won’t be a rainy day at this ballpark, because Miller Park has the only fan-shaped convertible roof, that can be opened or retracted in about 10 minutes. Natural glass is allowed to grow on the field with the help of the large glass panes allowing the natural light to pass through. When you attend one of the home games at Miller Park, you’ll be in good company, as they average over 31,000 people in attendance at each home game. Once there, you’ll be able to enjoy the famous Johnsonville Sausage Race featuring the racing sausages: the Bratwurst, the Polish, the Italian, the Hot Dog and the Chorizo. Sing along during the 7th inning stretch to the traditional “Take Me Out To The Ballgame” anthem and the famous “Roll Out The Barrel” that honors Milwaukee’s beer-making history.
