The Miami Dolphins are a professional American football team based in the National Football League (NFL) based in the Miami metropolitan area. The Dolphins compete in American Football Conference (AFC) East division along with the New England Patriots, New York Jets and Buffalo Bills. Rivalries outside of their division include the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Indianapolis Colts, Oakland Raiders, Los Angeles Chargers, and Pittsburgh Steelers The Dolphins play their home games at Hard Rock Stadium in the northern suburb of Miami Gardens, Florida.

Hard Rock Stadium opened in 1987 as Joe Robbie Stadium and has been known as Pro Player Park, Pro Player Stadium, Dolphins Stadium, Dolphin Stadium, Land Shark Stadium, and Sun Life Stadium. The stadium is open-air, with a capacity of 64,767. Besides the Dolphins it is the home of the University of Miami Hurricanes College Football team and has hosted a number of other College Bowl games, WrestleMania, Baseball games, and countless numbers of major concerts such as Metallica, U2 and Justin Timberlake.

Miami has a burgeoning food scene heavily inspired by Latin and Caribbean influences. Hot Restaurants include Swan and Bar Bevy and Fiola but there are also tons of staples such as La Camaronera, Rio Cristal, and Shorty’s which should not be missed.
