The Kansas City Chiefs are a professional American football team in the National Football League (NFL) based in Kansas City, Missouri. The Chiefs compete in the American Football Conference (AFC) West division along with the Los Angeles Chargers, Denver Broncos, and Oakland Raiders. The team plays its home games at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City.
Arrowhead Stadium opened in 1972. The stadium is open-air and has a capacity of 76,614. Besides the Titans, it also hosts College Football games such as Big 12 Conference football championship and the Kansas City Wizards soccer club of the MLS.
